I’ve been in hospitality, led call center teams, trained remote reps, built service departments from scratch—you name it. No matter what role I was in, one thing always stayed the same: I put people first. I learned how to turn a bad experience into a great one, how to scale systems for growing businesses, and how to stay efficient without ever losing that human touch.
Then I took things a step further and started my own hemp edibles business. That experience gave me a whole new level of appreciation for this industry—the products, the people, and the plant itself. It also showed me just how much support cannabis businesses really need. That’s when it clicked: I could blend my customer service background with my passion for the plant—and that’s how HappyLeaf Support was born.
