I’m Abigail, the founder and lead operator of HappyLeaf Support, and I bring over 10 years of experience in customer support across a bunch of different industries. I’ve worked in everything from hospitality management to call center leadership and training, and along the way, I’ve gotten to see just how many ways great service can show up—and what really makes it stick. All of that has shaped the way I lead: flexible, empathetic, and always tailored to the business and the customer in front of me.

I’m big on building real, personal connections and making sure every interaction is not just helpful, but meaningful. I don’t just solve problems—I help guide customers toward the products that actually fit their needs. And when that happens to include an upsell? It feels like a win for everyone.
